• Delivery across India: Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 2–3 business days depending on your pin code. Most metro cities receive their orders faster.
• International Orders: For orders shipped abroad, please allow an additional 3–5 business days on top of the above timeline.

Step 2 — Enter Personalisation Details at Checkout
On the product page, you will find a personalisation field where you can enter:

• Child's Name — exactly as you'd like it printed
• Special Instructions — any specific colour preferences, spelling notes, or design requests
• Your WhatsApp Number — so our team can send you a design preview before we go to print

Step 3 — Design Preview (for most products)
Our design team will prepare a personalised mockup and share it with you on WhatsApp within 24–48 hours of your order. Production begins only after you approve the design.

Step 4 — Sit Back & Wait for the Magic
Once approved, we manufacture, quality-check, and carefully pack your order — and it's on its way to you.
