Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We know it can be frustrating when an online purchase is not quite right, but we offer a complete "no fuss" guarantee to all our customers. We have very customer-friendly return & refund policies.

Please read the product details carefully before confirming your order.


Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product

If your goods are damaged or fall into any of the above conditions, we would be happy to offer you the following alternatives:

  • Replacement with the correct product, OR
  • Exchange the product for an alternative of equal value, OR
  • Full refund of the amount paid by you.


In any of the above cases, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by emailing kraftyowl.in@gmail.com, notifying us of any damage to the product with photographs of the product received. We will schedule a return pick-up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality issue is our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product. Once the returned product passes the quality check and is found unused and in original packaging, an exchange or refund will be processed within 24 hours.


In case of incomplete products or items missing from the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.


Did Not Like the Product / Size Issue / Changed My Mind

We ensure only the best quality reaches our customers, as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, as these are personalized and craft products, please note that there may be slight variations in finish. The colours shown on the website are as close to the real product as possible; however, depending on your display screen, colours may vary slightly.


We encourage you to check all details carefully before placing your order. You can always ask for sample videos or photos of our products before finalising.


Please note: Return, refund or exchange is NOT accepted in the following scenarios:

  • Didn't like the quality of the product / doesn't match home decor
  • Size not as per requirement
  • Changed your mind
  • Did not understand the dimensions/design/look from the listing
  • Don't need/want it anymore


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order without any extra cost. To cancel, please call or email us at kraftyowl.in@gmail.com. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been dispatched.


If any advance is paid for a partial COD order, the amount will not be refunded if you refuse delivery or cancel the order.


In case of prepaid orders, if a customer fails to accept delivery of the package for any reason, we shall only reship the item after the customer pays the delivery charges again as per actuals.


If you wish to cancel a prepaid order after it has left our facility: in case of a custom/personalised order, no refund shall be given; in case of a standard order, packaging and courier charges along with a cancellation fee of Rs. 500 shall be charged, and the remaining amount shall be refunded.


Custom / Personalised Orders

Custom and personalised products are created specifically on your request. For such orders:

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) is not applicable.
  • These orders are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
  • They can only be replaced in case of an incorrect or damaged product received.


Bulk Orders

All orders with a value of more than INR 15,000 fall under the bulk order category. For bulk orders:

  • Return & refund policies are not applicable.
  • Bulk orders are not refundable in any scenario; only defective or damaged items can be replaced.
  • Bulk orders may take extra time to ship depending on volume. Delivery timelines will be confirmed by our team at the time of order confirmation.
